Mawdudi the Misguided Claims Democracy is a Necessity إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون

Continuing from our previous entry concerning Abul-Alaa Mawdudi the founder of the deviant cult known as Jama'ati Islami (which in reality should be called Jama'ati Ghair Islami), gave an interview which has been transcribed in English for the benefit of the English speaking reader. In it, he shamelessly states that democracy (government of the majority) is not only permissible, but it is a necessity, saying: “Whether we like it or not, the elections shall have to be a starting point, because this is at present the only peaceful course for changing the system of government and rulers. There is no other alternative for bringing about a change in the system of government and choosing leaders for running it.”
