Deobandi Conditional Allowance for Grave Worship (Shirk)

The most eminent Deobandi scholar, known as “Hakim-ul-Ummat” - Ashraf Ali Thanwi (1863-1943) wrote that it is both permissible and possible to acquire assistance from the dead in their graves!

Writing on the subject of

Ashraf Thanwi comments:

Translation: “Yes! Ask them (inmates of the graves) for that which they actually possess, for even now the Sahib-e-Nisbat [person connected through Sufism, mysticism, etc.] can acquire blessings and benefits from them.”

Deobandi Maulana Abdul Qadir Raipuri's Respect for Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (a.s)

The Deobandi scholar Maulana Abdul Qadir Raipuri admits that Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad of Qadian, the founder of the Ahmadiyya Movement in Islam, is accepted and answered by Allah in his supplications:

He further confessed that Hazrat Mirza sahib receives divine inspiration (Ilham) from Allah, and even requested that the latter should make a supplication of guidance for him:

Maulana Abdul Qadir Raipuri furthermore states that he once personally visited Hazrat Mirza sahib in Qadian and even prayed behind his appointed imam:

Shi'a Blasphemy against the Prophet (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam): "I lost my mind"

Dear friends, read below and see how the Twelver Rafidi Shi'a sect launch an impure accusation against our Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihi wa Aalihi wasallam) and claim that he – Allah forbid - “lost his mind”:

According to a Shi'a narration regarding the Mi'raj, the Prophet (alaihis salam) allegedly said:

Translation: “I looked at something which caused me to lose my mind.”

The Shi'a have agreed that this is an authentic and established narration in their religion:

Meaning of Khatam an Nabuwwah: "Ibn Arabi is Khatam al Awliya and Allama Alusi is Khatimat ul Muhaqiqeen"

The Sufi "saint" Ibn Arabi has been called "Khaatam al Awliyaa". Does it mean he is literally the last and final of the saints in a chronological sense, and now there is no possibility for the coming of a Wali (saint) after Ibn Arabi?

Similarly, the great commentator of the Qur'an, Allama Alusi has been termed as "Khaatimatul Muhaqiqeen":

Sufi/Barelwi Peer Khwaja Ghulam Farid of Chachran Sharif (d.1901) Accepting the Truth of Mirza Ghulam Ahmad

Dear readers, see for yourself how the Sufi saint of the Barelwis and Chishtis, namely, Khwaja Ghulam Farid of Chachran sharif (d. 1901) accepted the truth of Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad sahib of Qadian. In these references, Khwaja Ghulam Farid accepted the veracity of the claim of Mirza sahib to being the Imam Mahdi and Messiah. He even cited some Ahadith about the signs of the Mahdi, for example, the sign of the lunar and solar eclipses occurring during the sacred month of Ramadan, and the sign of the Mahdi coming from a village called "Kadi'a" similar to "Kadi'an" etc.:

Sufi Saint Shah Niyaz Claimed to be Jesus and Prophet Muhammad alaihimus salam (!)

Sufi 'Saint' Shah Niyaz of Delhi (d. 1250 H / 1834 CE) claimed to be Jesus son of Mary and also claimed to be the Prophet Muhammad (alaihimus salam) in the following Persian couplet:

Translation: “I am Eisa Mariami (Jesus). I am Ahmad Hashimi (Muhammad)”

Elsewhere, he claimed to be many other Prophets:

Sometimes I am Idris, sometimes Seth, sometimes Noah, sometimes Jonas, sometimes Joseph, sometimes Jacob, sometimes Hud, sometimes Saleh, sometimes Abraham, sometimes Isaac, sometimes Yahia, sometimes Moses, sometimes Jesus, and sometimes David.”

Allama Ahmad Sa'id Chitrori: The Prophet's (alaihis salam) Urine is Impure

Some people have criticised Allama Ahmad Sa'id Chitrori for asserting that the urine of the Prophet (peace be upon him) is not pure. However, all the narrations which imply its purity are in fact weak and cannot be used as a proof. See here for further detail. Hence, the principle is that the Prophet is a Bashar (mortal human being) and resembles ordinary human beings in every way, generally speaking, except where there is an evidence for a specific difference. Allama wrote:

Transation: There is nothing in the Shari'ah of Islam to suggest that urine is pure, even that of the Prophet of Allah peace be upon him.

Deobandi Belief: Qasim Nanautvi Came Back from the Dead with His Physical Body

In a previous post, I exposed the false Deobandi belief that the dead return to this Dunya (a belief which is clearly against the Qur'an and Sunnah). The Deobandi mulla Ashraf Thanwi claimed that his grandfather once came back from the dead:

Here is another example of how the Deobandis confirm this blatantly false doctrine of theirs. According to them, the founder of Deoband school, Qasim Nanautvi, also came back from the dead:

Translation: “Just now Maulana Nanautvi – may Allah have mercy upon him – has come to me with his physical body causing me to sweat profusely [out of amazement].”

Deobandism Exposed: Rashid Gangohi's Dream of Marrying Qasim Nanautvi!

Dear readers, take a look for yourselves how perverted the minds of the Deobandis are. See how the deviant Deobandi mulla Rashid Gangohi proudly reveals his dream of marrying with another man, the founder of Deoband school Qasim Nanautvi. Even more sick and disturbing is the fact that Rashid Gangohi says he had sexual relations with Qasim Nanautvi in the aforementioned dream!

Translation: (Rashid Gangohi said): “Once I saw in a dream that Maulwi Qasim (Nanautvi) is in the form of a bride, and I am married to him [or her?]. Just as wife and husband benefit each other [through sexual relations], in the same way he and I benefited from each other” (!!!)

Barelwi Violation of the Qur'an: The Prophet (alaihis salam) is not a Bashar Like Us

According to the crystal clear teachings of the Holy Qur'an, the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihi wa aalihi wasallam) was a Bashar (mortal human being) like us:

Translation: “Say (O Prophet): Verily, I am not but a mortal human being like you all. It is revealed to me that verily your God is One God.” (Surah 18:110)

However, according to the belief of the Barelwis, the Qur'an is wrong (God forbid), and it is incorrect to believe that the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) was a man like us:

Translation: “It was the divine power of God which through its own perfection, without the intermediation of a male and female, gave Mustafa (Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him), who in reality was Light, a human body of light. To keep the belief that he was a man like yourselves is incorrect.”

Barelwi Belief: Hindu Idols Ram, Krishna, and Buddha were Prophets!

According to the Barelwi 'peer' and saint, Khwaja Ghulam Farid of Chachran, the Hindu 'deities' Ram and Krishna, as well as the Buddha, were Prophets sent by Allah! In fact, Ghulam Farid claims that all of the Hindu Avatars and Rishis were Prophets:

Translation: “Someone asked whether or not Sri Krishna and Ram Chandar were faqirs and dervishes. Khwaja Ghulam Farid said: All of the Avatars and Rishis were Messengers and Prophets of their trime. Everyone of them was given a divine scripture. The four Vedas, which are in the Sanskrit language, are in existence even now. Everyone of those Prophets were sent to repudiate the evil customs which were practiced by the people. But when the influence of the Brahmins became excessive among the Hindus, they spread the idea that it was impossible to attain salvation without their intermediation. Mahatma Buddha was sent [by God] to remove such false doctrines. He even declared that whoever killed a Brahmin would be granted salvation. And when cow worship became prominent, Sri Krishna was sent [by God].”

Barelwi Belief: Hinduism is Oldest Religion; Prophet Adam was a Hindu!

Prepare to be shocked with a new revelation on my blog concerning the despicable Barelwi sect. The Barelwis venerate Khwaja Ghulam Farid (1845-1901) as a great saint. In the diary Maqabis ul-Majalis, the following saying of his is recorded:

Translation: “He (Khwaja Ghulam Farid) said: The Hindu religion is ancient, and every other religion came into existence after it, because this religion is the religion of Hadrat Adam peace be upon him”

Deobandism and Grave Veneration

The Deobandis like to deceive the common public by claiming that they uphold Tawhid and that they do not indulge in the grave worship that has come to characterize the rival Barelwi sect. However, the reality is that the difference between Deobandis and Barelwis is quite superficial. Aside from the fact that they are both blind-followers of the Hanafi school, blindly accept the fallacious Maturidi creed, and adhere to the four Sufi orders (Naqshbandi, Qadiri, Chishti, and Suhruwardi)...the Deobandis share the idea of grave veneration with the Barelwis as well. To illustrate an example, read the following incident which is claimed to be a miracle of the Deobandi 'elder' Muhammad Ya'qub Nanautvi:

Translation:“Molvi Mu’een ud Deen Sahib was the eldest son of Hazrat Maulana Muahmmad Ya’qub Sahib and he mentioned a Karamat of Hazrat Maulana (after he passed away): he said that once in Nanotah the fever of Jarah spread a lot, and whoever would take the sand at the grave of Maulana and attach it, would get better, and they would take so much sand that whenever we will put some, it would be finish almost at that time."

Deobandi Belief: The Punishment of Grave does not Occur in the Earthly Grave but Another World

According to Deobandi Hanafi scholar, Maulana Abdul Haq Haqqani of Delhi, the punishment of the grave (Adhab al-Qabr) has no connection to the Earthly grave. He writes:

Translation: The constricting and expanding of the grave does not mean that this ditch (Earthly grave) in which the body is buried constricts or expands. Rather, the constriction and expansion occurs to the soul on another plane of existence. That [other plane of existence] is in fact the real grave, and it is only out of custom, in relation to the corpse, that this ditch is referred to as 'Grave'.

Deobandi Belief: Souls of the Prophets Never Leave their Bodies Including at Death!

According to the founder of the school of Deoband (Muhammad Qasim Nanotvi), the souls of the Prophets (peace be upon them) have the exact same connection with their bodies after death as they did during life:

Translation: “The souls of the Prophets peace be upon them have the same relation with their bodies after death which they had before death. This is the reason that their bodies do not decompose like their living bodies as is mentioned in the Hadith. And this is the reason why their wives cannot marry, and why their material wealth cannot be inherited.”

On another page, Qasim Nanotvi claims that in fact the souls of the Prophets (peace be upon them) never leave their bodies.

Deobandi Blasphemy: Dream of Urinating on the Quran is a Good Dream

Ashraf Ali Thanwi mentions an incident about someone seeing in a dream that he is urinating upon the Holy Qur'an (God forbid!!!):

A person came weeping to Shah Abdul Aziz may Allah have mercy upon him. Hadrat (Shah Abdul Aziz) said: 'what is the matter?' He answered: 'I have seen such a dream that I suspect my faith has been extinguished.' Hadrat said: 'Tell me your dream'. He said: 'I saw that I am urinating upon the Qur'an Majid.' Hadrat said: 'This is a very good dream'”

Sufi Shaikh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani Claim to be the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him)

The eminent 'Shaikh' of the Qadiri Sufis, namely, Shaikh Abdul Qadir al-Jilani (d. 561 H) allegedly claimed to have become the Prophet Muhammad (Sallallahu alaihi wasallam) through Fana fil-Rasul

He said:

I was annihilated in Rasulullah Sallallahu alaihi wasallam, so at that time I was not myself, but I was Muhammad.”
