According to the creed of the Hanafis, there are currently four prophets who are physically alive:
ذهب
العظماء
من العلماء
الى أن أربعة
من الأنبياء
في زمرة
الأحياء:
خضر
والياس
في الارض
وعيسى وادريس
في السماء
Translation: The great Ulama claim that four of the Prophet are in the category of the living: Khidr and Elias (AS) who are living on the Earth, and Eisa and Idris (AS) who are living in Heaven.
**Comment:
Apart from Eisa (Jesus), what is the proof of the Hanafis that Khidr,
Elias and Idris (peace be upon them) are physically alive? The
Hanafis have invented this Aqidah without any substantial proof from
Qur'an and Sunnah!

Note: The Prophet (peace be upon him) once said: تَسْأَلُونِي عَنِ السَّاعَةِ ، وَإِنَّمَا عِلْمُهَا عِنْدَ اللَّهِ ، وَأُقْسِمُ بِاللَّهِ مَا عَلَى الْأَرْضِ مِنْ نَفْسٍ مَنْفُوسَةٍ تَأْتِي عَلَيْهَا مِائَةُ سَنَةٍ "You ask me about the Hour? The knowledge thereof is with Allah, and I swear by Allah, there is no soul that is living now that will survive after one hundred years." (Sahih Muslim)
ReplyDeleteThis Hadith is sufficient to rebut the belief of the Hanafis and others that the Prophets Elias and Khidr (peace be upon them) are alive somewhere in the Earth.
